Charleston boasts a plethora of ghostly legends and eerie tales year-round, but they especially come alive in October, where various tour guides will take you on immersive Halloween experiences at spine-chilling historic sites — from eerie graveyards, to the dimly lit cells of the Old City Jail, to the shadowy halls of the Exchange building.
